WHAT IS PATRIMONIO PARA JÓVENES / WHAT DO THEY DO
Patrimonio Para Jóvenes is a nonprofit organization. It is registered as an Association in the National Register of Associations under the name of Association of Friends for Youth Heritage building. It aims to educate young people through training in the protection and conservation of art and heritage with its own teaching. With special attention to the Autonomous Communities within Spain and in rural areas.
To fulfill the purposes of the following activities:
- Guided visits with its own teaching, lectures, cultural gatherings and colloquium dinners.
- Weeks of training in rural areas in summer periods.
- Training activities related to the Association and studies, publications, research related to the purposes of the association.
Although the territorial scope of their activities includes the entire Spanish territory, it is centered in Navarra and Burgos.
However there are activities in La Rioja and Aragon and activities can take place in the rest of the Autonomous Communities.
It also works with a simple program of grants for young people in the final years of their studies (humanities, audiovisual, art history, philology ..) The Association provides a platform for them to see what they can do. This program is in development.
